Last Tues was my 1st ante-natal chk up at KKH. My babe was exactly 9 weeks & the giddiness plus vomitting is still not over yet. My new gynae Dr M L Yeap is a jovial, kind & very supportive gynae. She was Awin's gynae too & Awin said that she's a very good & understanding gynae. My 1st concern tat I addressed to her was my vomitting. She said that its good to vomit as it shows that hormones are changing & the babe is active. She also told me to enjoy the vomitting... oh my goodness! Then we discussed abt the babe after I had the ultrasound. Seeing the babe on the screen brought tears to my eyes & all the vomitting was definitely worth it! Abang was in awe too coz its such a miracle to have a life living inside me. Dr Yeap said that the babe is fine, heartbeat is there & its the right size at 9 weeks. She said that although I vomitted, I still need to continue eating as the babe will get watever nutrients tat Ive eaten, even if after eating I vomitted. OK.. so babe... pls grab all the nutrients fast before mummy vomits alrite! Oh by the way, here's a sneak preview of my lil' babe. Still a bit blurry though but its definitely my precious babe. (",)
